ABOUT US
he Walden House Inn is our family home of over 6000 sq.ft., where we have enjoyed raising our 15
children. It sits on the edge of town in a country setting on an acre with a huge fenced back yard that has
maple trees-fir trees-lots of grass to play on- patios-basketball court- a fire pit for roasting hotdogs and
marshmallows-a and a 8 person spa. There are basketballs-volleyball-badminton-croquet and horse shoes
that can be checked out. Over looking the back yard is a large enclosed deck with lots of windows.
Take a stroll and visit nearby Pend Oreille River
We love spending our evenings out on the deck. There are deer that roam the neighborhood. One block
away are hiking and biking trails and the Pend Oreille River is only 3/4 mile away. Our off street parking
lot has plenty of room to accommodate RV's, boats, jet ski, snowmobile, or horse trailers.
The Walden House is an ideal location for special events such as family reunions-weddings-honeymoons-
anniversaries-retreats-or off site business meetings. Whole house rentals are available. We can also
arrange catering if needed.
